What we collect

• Your email address.
• Your instrument, and optionally the part you play and how you found us.
• That your payment went through, the amount, and a Stripe payment reference. We never receive your card number.
• If you paid in cash, the code you redeemed.

How we use it

To confirm your place on the waitlist, to process a refund if one is due, and to email you about Quartet Buddy, such as launch news. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Who else handles it

• Stripe processes card payments and emails your receipt.
• Neon hosts the database that stores your signup.
• Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe’s checkout page may set its own.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup while the waitlist is open and until any refund is settled. You can ask us to delete it at any time. We may need to keep payment records for accounting.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop our emails, write to support@quartetbuddy.com.

Children

Quartet Buddy isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If this page changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Our Terms cover payments and refunds.
